We meet with business and technical stakeholders to understand the reason for the assessment and to develop a testing plan to address project-specific risks, deadlines and budget, all summarised in a Statement of Work (SoW). Scope durations vary on a case by case basis, however, we always aim to minimise cost.

All reports contain high-level non-technical summaries as well as detailed technical descriptions of each issue. These descriptions are contextualised to the individual system and explain the steps that would be required to for exploitation and resultant impact. They contain detailed procedural and/or technical advice on remediating the issue.

Our typical turnaround is 3 business days after the final day of reporting. This may be extended if there are additional reporting requirements or if the engagement is exceptionally large or complex.
